Kate Middleton's Style: The Duchess Of Cambridge's Royal Tour Wardrobe

Since the Royal Tour of New Zealand and Australia started, everyone has been looking out for two things: 1) pictures of the cutest baby in the world, Prince George and 2) Duchess Kate's Royal Tour style.

Neither have disappointed, but for now let's focus on the latter. What have we learned about how the Duchess of Cambridge wants her style to be viewed on an international stage?

Mainly these four things:

1. The Duchess has made an impact through colour rather than cut, opting for bright reds, jewel greens and exquisite blues. This has ensured every look has been eye-catching without being fussy - she's a stylish working mother who is smart but never garish.

2. Mid-height heels are the only shoes to wear when you're a royal on tour. Naturally, Kate hasn't suddenly become a fan of sky-high stilettos - she's sticking to what she knows and that's demure nude mid heels and her favourite Russell & Bromley wedges.

3. The natural look is winning out when it comes to beauty. Although Kate has been working her trademark blow-dry at evening occasions, she has been quite relaxed on the grooming front showcasing a mane of waves arriving in Australia and even opting for a casual ponytail. In terms of makeup, it's been glowing skin, nudes and a light smoky eye all the way.

4. She's not scared to dress down when the tour requires it. So far we've seen a breton t-shirt, skinny jeans, light knits and even trainers.
