‘EastEnders': Who Killed Lucy Beale? We Flick Through The Likely List Of Suspects

Posted: Updated:

'EastEnders' fans watched in their millions last week as Lucy Beale was killed off and we're now ready to instigate the investigation into who's responsible.

However, there are more than a couple of problems and working out the killer's identity isn't going to be an easy task. First of all, there's the fact we didn't actually get to see the murder and then Monday's episode (21 April) saw police decide the youngster had "no clear wounds". Hmm.

We've been VERY careful about not giving the game away, but a long list of possible suspects is already starting to come together, with issues such as Lucy’s affair with best pal Lauren Branning’s dad Max providing plenty of characters with possible murder motives.

Max (Jake Wood) has been quite snappy since Lucy's death became the talk of the Square but Denise looked equally moody. Surely she wouldn't murder her fiancé's daughter?

Who's responsible for Lucy's death?

We’ve already seen snaps from Lucy's funeral, plus pictures of father Ian cracking up over the loss of his daughter - and unfortunately it looks as though all of Lucy’s friends and family are present and correct, leaving us no possible clues.

While Lucy’s (many) enemies and frenemies are all potential culprits, we aren’t ruling out any options - that Tracey behind the bar has always looked a bit dodgy.

Check out our full rundown of suspects and their motives below… who's your money on? Let us know below.
