The full lineup for this year’s Capital FM Summertime Ball has been announced, with Miley Cyrus confirmed as the headliner for the event.
Pharrell Williams, Ed Sheeran and Ellie Goulding will also be taking to the stage at Wembley Stadium for the concert, which will take place on June 21.

Speaking to Capital's Dave Berry and Lisa Snowdon, who will be presenting at the event, Miley expressed her excitement, saying: “It’s such an iconic place, and for me to get to play is going to be really insane.”
Other acts who’ll be performing include David Guetta, Calvin Harris and Rita Ora.

Rita said: "I can't wait to get back into it. I've literally just put the band into rehearsal as we speak. I haven't been on stage in a while, so I'm looking forward to it.”
Meanwhile returning ‘X Factor’ judge Cheryl Cole, who is currently in the studio working on her fourth studio album, has also been added to the lineup for what will be her first solo gig since Girls Aloud confirmed they were splitting up last year.
Teen favourites The Vamps and 5 Seconds of Summer, whose debut single ‘She Looks So Perfect’ topped the UK chart back in March, will also be performing.
Tickets for this year’s Capital FM Summertime Ball with Vodafone will go on sale Friday, May 9 at 8am, while Vodafone customers and Capital VIPs can get their tickets now.
