Katie Price’s ex-husband Alex Reid has revealed that her close friend Jane Pountney, who recently confessed to "having an affair" with the former glamour model’s husband Kieran Hayler, was flirty with him while he was married to Katie.
Katie took to her Twitter page last week to reveal that she was divorcing Kieran after 15 months of marriage because he’d been having, in her words, “a full blown sexual affair for 7 months” with Jane, her friend of almost 20 years.

The news of Kieran’s cheating was a blow to Katie, who announced that she was six months pregnant with his child just days before.
Now Alex, who was married to Katie for just under a year, has claimed that Jane was also flirty with him.
Reflecting on his marriage during an interview with new! magazine, he admitted: “There are aspects now, with hindsight, where I can put all the pieces together.
“She was flirtatious. I never saw it as a come-on, but maybe I read the signs wrong and had a lucky escape.
“I was totally in love with Kate so it never would have happened.”

He went on to say that he was sure she’d also been flirty with Katie’s other previous partners, Peter Andre and Leandro Penna, adding: “I know she flirted with Pete and Leo.”
After the news broke that Katie was planning to divorce her third husband, Alex publicly reached out to his ex, telling Mail Online: "I am here for her if she needs me."
While Jane’s husband initially claimed that Katie was overreacting with her tweets - which included “worse pain in the world” and “no human being deserves this especially being 6 months pregnant” - she later admitted to having an affair with the builder and part-time stripper.
