Despite the smile on his face in both pictures, the true price of cancer is etched on Noah's face in the left-hand side of the photograph.

Aged four, Noah was diagnosed with AML, a rare and serious form of leukaemia. But happily, after years of chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant and countless hospital stays, he managed to beat cancer three years later.
