It wouldn’t be a ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ live show without a splash of drama - and on Monday night that was provided by Alesha Dixon after she came to blows with fellow judge David Walliams.

The show began its week-long live semi-finals on Monday night which saw David’s “golden buzzer” actChristian Spridon taking to the stage with his unique take on the Weather Girls' camp classic ‘It’s Raining Men’.

As Alesha critiqued his performance, claiming his singing was “ridiculously out of tune”, David defended his “golden buzzer” act, joking: “You are a born star. Alesha made a career miming!”

However, the former Mis-Teeq singer obviously didn’t take too kindly to the comedian’s remarks, getting out of her seat to channel her inner Sharon Osbourne and pour her glass of water over David’s head, adding: “You are barking up the wrong tree. I don’t mime.”

He later made light of the incident on Twitter, sharing a picture of the moment Alesha soaked him and writing:

Even though it seems he may have taken it in his stride, Alesha might want to take an umbrella to the live shows for the rest of the week, as it sounds like the funnyman might still be out for revenge.

Taking to his Twitter page again, once he’d had the chance to towel off that is, he wrote: “I can’t wait to get my revenge on @AleshaOfficial on @GotTalent #watergate”.

Oh dear, Alesha. We think some waterproofs might be in order.

Ultimately, it was boyband Collabro, who performed ‘Bring Him Home’ from Les Misérables, and illusionist Darcy Oake who became the first two acts to go through tot he live final, which will take place over the weekend.
