When Is The Froch-Groves Rematch? Get The Lowdown On The Wembley Fight

When Is The Froch-Groves Rematch?

Carl Froch cannot wait to get his hands on arch-rival George Groves again as the WBA and IBF super-middleweight champion cut a mean and moody figure ahead of their rematch.

The Nottingham veteran has made no secret of the fact he is already sick of the hyperbole surrounding the blockbuster all-British scrap at Wembley on Saturday.

The fight has broken records as 80,000 will flock to the national stadium to witness the two men going toe-to-toe six months after their nine-round cracker in Manchester last year.

Froch-Groves is set to be the biggest post-war British boxing match

Froch, 36, beat his young rival on that night but had to drag himself up from a first-round knockdown and weather a severe storm before controversially stopping the Londoner in the ninth.

WHEN IS THE FIGHT?

Wembley Stadium will host a boxing match for the first time since it re-opened in 2007, with Olympic gold medallist Anthony Joshua featuring on the undercard.

James DeGale will also take on Brandon Gonzales in the IBF super-middleweight final eliminator and Kevin Mitchell faces Ghislain Maduma in the IBF lightweight final eliminator.

WHERE CAN I WATCH IT?

The Froch-Groves rematch is set to be the biggest post-war British boxing event and will be televised exclusively live on Sky Sports Box Office for £16.95. Coverage will start at 6pm.

If you have money to burn, VIP packages are still available at £1,500.
