‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge Amanda Holden showed off her own talents while filming this week's ‘Graham Norton Show’ and luckily, the host was on hand to spare her blushes.
Amanda didn’t let the fact that she was wearing a tight black dress stop her from proving she can do a headstand, however she nearly showed off a little too much.

As Amanda readied herself for her gymnastics display, host Graham stepped in and prepared to cover the ‘BGT’ judge’s bum with his hand.
The incident occurred after Graham invited his guests to show off their own talents ahead of this weekend’s ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ final.
After Amanda’s display, Mark Ruffalo tried out some circus tricks and Michael Sheen revealed that he can beatbox the ‘Dallas’ theme tune.

Amanda will take her usual place alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams on the ‘BGT’ judging panel for the final on Saturday 7 June.
This year’s finalists include Amanda's golden buzzer act Paddy and Nico - who almost had to drop out of the competition - and musical duo Bars And Melody.
‘The Graham Norton Show’ is on tonight (Friday 6 June) on BBC1 at 10.35pm and the ‘BGT’ live final takes place at 7pm on ITV1 on Saturday 7 June.
