Sir Bradley Wiggins says he will not race in this year's Tour de France.
The 2012 winner said he will not race "as it stands", meaning he will miss cycling's most prestigious race for a second successive year.
Team Sky rider Wiggins won the Tour of California last month, but admitted he is "gutted".

"I think I can tell you that as things stand I won't be riding the Tour," he told BBC Breakfast.
Wiggins' rivalry with teammate Chris Froome, the 2013 Tour winner, has massively impacted his standing at Team Sky.
Froome revealed in his autobiography Wiggins was prepared to abandon the 2012 Tour after his teammate dropped him on the final climb of the 17th stage.

Wiggins was left out of Team Sky's squad for the Critérium du Dauphiné, the traditional Tour warm-up, which starts on Sunday.
The 34-year-old will instead ride in the Tour of Switzerland later this month.
"Yes," Wiggins told L'Équipe when asked if he was disappointed, "because all season I have tried to prepare myself for it. It's disappointing because it could have been my last Tour de France.
"The option they [Team Sky] gave me was to return to the track, to focus on the Commonwealth Games at the end of July."
