And it doesn't get much more uplifting - and moving - than this: a flash mob that Lauren Keppel organised for her mother, Amy, who in October 2013 was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
"I wanted to find a way to remind her how surrounded she is by support," explains Lauren - and so she gathered together 50 of her mother's closest friends and family the day before her 56th birthday... and put on this show.
And it's just wonderful.
