According to reports, admittedly from a Labour councillor, Tory whip Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon was yesterday overheard on a train describing David Cameron's reshuffle as "chaos". He also is said to have attacked the new Treasury minister Priti Patel as "inexperienced" and just a "PR girl".

This morning, Lord Ahmad was promoted by the prime minister as part of that very same chaotic reshuffle. What does he think of it now?
