This is Patrick Kavanagh. He's a 41-year-old postman. And he's actually a very nice chap.
Rather than creating the presumably cosy piece of attire for his own sordid needs, they're actually being used to raise money for charity.

He might even deliver it in person.
He said: "My kids think I’m mad, but I love it.
"I’ve always been in good shape, so I don’t mind posing for pictures. After all, it’s all for a good cause, and they do say that laughter is the best medicine."
