The marvellous mojito is the perfect summer drink (and one of the world’s classic cocktails too).
Traditionally a delicate drink, it' s nothing more than a dash of rum, twist of lime (with a dusting of sugar to take away that sourness), sprinkling of mint leaves and some sparkling water. However, as anyone who has had a sickly sweet mojito knows, there is an art to it.
