A video has captured terrifying footage showing the moment a Great White Shark decides that it's going to eat a drone for lunch.
The stunning video was taken by the REMUS SharkCam; an underwater research vehicle that was being used by researchers from the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.

Don't give too much sympathy to the autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) however as its sole task is to track sharks that have been fitted with transmitters and then follow them.
Of course the researchers never expected that any of their marks would react in as violent a way as this Great White did.
Thankfully REMUS isn't badly damaged and will continue on its quest to silently tail and observe some of nature's most fearsome hunters.
