Singer Adele has splashed out £15,000 on a Victorian-style playhouse for her 18-month-old son Angelo in the garden at her southcoast home – and it will be the envy of kids up and down the land.

The white weatherboard house features three turrets, picket fence and even a veranda. The posh pad can even be linked to mains electricity.

A source told The Sun: "Nothing is too much for Angelo as far as Adele is concerned.

"She dotes on that little boy. But actually, Adele isn't usually one to splash out on things. She's never been one for the usual celebrity trappings.

"A couple of her friends have the playhouses and she thought it would be the perfect gift.

"It's the kind of thing he'll never get bored of either - he'll still be hanging out in it with his mates when he's ten."

Adele can afford it, though - her next album is expected to hit the shelves by the end of the year, raking in another £20million!
