But have you ever struggled to drift off, tossed and turned all night and then tried to work the next day? It's an impossible, caffeine-fuelled task that usually ends in total exhaustion and feeling like you're rubbish full stop.
We take it for granted, but giving ourselves a good night's sleep is one of the most effective ways to bounce back after a hard day and relieve stress.
