A British teacher will be deported from America after sending sex texts to a 16-year-old pupil.
Gawain Roberts, 36, received a suspended six-year jail sentence after pleading guilty to the sexual exploitation of the girl.
Charges were filed against him after the pupil said they swapped sexy photos of each other by text.
Prosecutor David Vandenberg said: "He basically offered to help her improve her grades if she would do certain things, and the conversation goes on for a while. But at some point it does turn sexual.
"She did send him six photographs and in return he sent nude photos of himself back to her."
Roberts resigned shortly before his arrest after working for a school district in Loveland, Colorado, for six years.
"We were able to tell from the school's record that her grades improved dramatically," the prosecutor said.
Roberts' lawyer Kirkland Brush said his wife had already made plans to move back to the UK with their baby.
