Michelle Heaton's bump was the star of the show at last night's National Television Awards.

The former Liberty X singer - and star of the Big Reunion - looked fabulous as she posed with her husband Hugh Hanley, resting her hand on her growing tummy as she walked the red carpet.

Michelle – whose baby is due in the next few weeks – chose a dusky pink frock for the occasion. Despite telling OK! Magazine she wasn't enjoying her second pregnancy, and that she felt 'fat', Michelle looked happy and healthy at the do at London's O2.

Before arriving at the bash, Michelle tweeted: "Soooo excited...Me & @hughhanley in the car waiting in a queue to get out at the @OfficialNTAs red carpet! #scary #dontfall #bumpouttoplay."

The singer and reality TV star is due to give birth to her second baby – a sibling for daughter Faith – in the next few weeks.

Press Association

Speaking to us a few months before she announced her pregnancy, Michelle said she was planning a second child before having her ovaries removed. Last year she had a double mastectomy to reduce her chances of breast cancer as she carries the mutated BRCA2 gene, giving her a greater risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer.

She told us: "I am looking at having my ovaries removed to help reduce my chance of ovarian cancer, but that's a little way off. We hope to extend our family before then."
