Hollywood couple Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas have separated.
The couple – who have two children together, Dylan, 13, and 10-year-old Carys – are 'taking time apart to work on their marriage', according to Catherine's spokesperson.
"Catherine and Michael are taking some time apart to evaluate and work on their marriage. There will be no further comment," she said.
The statement was issued after People magazine reported their marriage was coming to an end. A source told the publication that although they are taking a break they are not making moves towards a divorce.

The couple married in 2000, before going on to have their two children. Michael is also dad to Cameron, 35.
