Cher, yes she of 67 years of age not the tiny young former X Factor star, hit the stage in Verona, Italy, on Tuesday night in a gold mini skirt and latex. Yes, we said LATEX. And, actually, she kind of pulled it off, didn't she?
The singer performed with Gianni Morandi in the Arena of Verona in her sexy look, which also featured fishnet tights and chunky biker boots.
The pop star recently said she felt ashamed of herself for wading in on the criticism of Miley Cyrus' raunchy tweaking performance at the MTV VMAs.
At the time, she took to Twitter, writing: "It was so bad. I'm not old-fashioned. She could have come out naked, and if she'd just rocked the house, I would have said, "You go, girl." It just wasn't done well.
"She can't dance, her body looked like hell, the song wasn't great, one cheek was hanging out. And, chick, don't stick out your tongue if it's coated.'
But, she added: "Maybe she's thrilled and delighted - everyone's talking about it, and so, that's almost as good as it being great, you know."
But now, in a rather long Twitter rant, the singer says she was "opinionated", adding: "What I should have said, 'I didn't like it that much, but she's Pushing The Envelope, being an ARTIST! She's Talented & DIDNT COMMIT A FELONY."
