Cheryl Cole Chooses Bridal Style For Launch Of Her New Perfume

Not only has the new Mrs Cheryl Fernandez-Versini been making headlines following her secret marriage to Jean-Bernard (her comeback album and her return as X Factor judge) but she's now launched a new fragrance.

Wednesday night was all about celebrating Cheryl and her debut perfume, Storm Flower, at Avenue restaurant in St. James's Street, London.

The Geordie popstar wore a nude strapless, floor-length gown with ruched bodice, lace trim and chiffon train giving a definite nod to bridal wear. The matching nude stilettos and glossy tousled waves also screamed blushing bride.

Was this Cheryl showcasing the dress she wore on her wedding day? We can imagine her having said "I do" in the Caribbean wearing this ensemble.

Her new husband, French restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versiniwas also in attendance looking dapper in a black tuxedo suit, matching shirt and shades.

On designing her own fragrance Cheryl said, "It's like every little girl's dream. When I was a kid, I used to create perfumes with my sister, so I've been obsessed even from a young age.

"I always liked to smell fresh, clean and floral. This fragrance makes you feel feminine and elegant. I've been working on this from scratch - everything from the scent to the bottle design. I didn't want to just put my name to a fragrance."

Cheryl also posted the following photo on Instagram last night with the caption: "I'm so excited #StormFlower will be out from 27th August".
