The top half of the look is flawless, from the beautiful olive-skinned shoulders in the pretty ruched strapless style, to the PERFECT hair and makeup to those fabulous two-tone blue drop earrings.
However, the rest of the dress literally swamps her tiny frame with its swathes of fuchsia fabric, and left her looking a little, well, Barbie playing dress up?
Jess chose the look for an appearance at the Baby2Baby gala in LA, and was accompanied by her hubby Cash Warren.
