The 2014 Forbes Billionaires list is out and there's a whole new line up of business women that have ranked highly. We're talking 42 of the 268 newcomers being billionaire women.
Bravo to that - but it's still not enough. We want to be seeing more of this, more women taking control, heading up companies and earning serious monies. Is there any better icon than THE Oprah Winfrey?
Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook's chief operating officer, is just one of the dozen women (1.9% of all the globe's billionaires) new to the list.
Others include Sara Blakely of Spanx, fashion designer Tory Burch, Aerin Lauder Zinterhofer of eponymous brand Aerin and Jane Lauder of that all-infamous beauty business she inherited from her grandmother Estee Lauder.
And Oprah herself, but of course.
Speaking of the wonder that is Winfrey, click here for some inspirational words from the lady herself.
