The No Doubt singer and Rossdale are already parents to Kingston, seven, and Zuma, five.
Gwen tweeted a pic of her bump in January, and she literally looked AMAZING in leather trousers, sky-high heels and a tight black top. She wrote: "Bump it #allblack #inappropriateshoes #capturethemoment #miracle gx."
