Helicopter Wedding Pictures Put All Others To Shame

A bride from New Zealand treated her groom to a beautiful wedding day surprise when she flew him up to one of the world's most scenic peaks just moments after they said "I do". Luckily for us, there was a photographer on hand to capture the scene.

We're sure you'll agree that the pictures, taken by Melbourne-based destination wedding photographer Eric Ronald, make up the most stunning wedding album you'll ever see.

The snaps of groom Campbell Stuart and his bride Belinda standing alone atop a mountain overlooking their hometown of Wanaka, New Zealand are enough to leave you with goosebumps all over... And totting up sums in your head to see if you can plan a similar scenario for your big day.

The helicopter arrived at the couple's wedding venue where 125 people were celebrating, and Campbell had no idea what was happening. Bless.

"I was pretty stoked to be honest, I was pretty happy," Campbell told the Daily Mail. "The last time I was in a helicopter, I was getting airlifted after a skiing accident when I fractured my tibiae."

According to reports, the couple had always dreamed of riding in a helicopter on their wedding day, but the increasing expenses of the wedding forced them to brush the idea aside. But crafty bride Belinda found a way around it.

It was an experience straight "out of a movie" she told the newspaper. "It was pretty surreal really, we ended up there after getting married and I was pretty surprised I managed to pull it off."
