Holly Willoughby has declared she is curvy and proud – because her body shows she's had her two kids Harry, four, and Belle, two.

The 32-year-old This Morning presenter said: "I'm 5ft 8in and a size 12 - I'll always have curves. I'm useless at exercising, but I walk a lot and watch what I eat. I don't know how people find the time to go to the gym six times a week.

"At school I was known as flat-chested Willoughby, so was delighted when I developed hips and boobs. I'm proud to have had two children [with husband Dan Baldwin] and my body reflects I'm a mum."

She added: "I'm pretty hardy but when I was pregnant with Belle, who is now two, I started getting serious headaches, which developed into migraines. It turned out I was anaemic and was advised to eat more leafy greens, lean meat and dried fruit."

But she added: "I love food. I'll start with cereal or boiled eggs for breakfast, a salad or soup for lunch and spag bol or tuna and veg for dinner. When I was pregnant with Harry, now four, I craved Kraft cheese slices."

In an interview to promote Oral-B, Holly revealed her vices are 'ready salted crisps, chip butties and Haagen-Dazs chocolate ice cream'.

And asked if she would consider cosmetic surgery, she said: "I'm happy with the way everything is, but I know at some point I will have a little something done. I wouldn't, however, go to the extreme and end up looking like the Bride of Wildenstein. If people want it to make them feel better, good for them. But it can be addictive."

She talked about her hopes of having a third baby, but revealed if she did: "I'd love to scale back on work because family is really what matters to me."
