Love them or hate them, the perfect Bloody Mary can be hard to come by. If you get the recipe right, you've got yourself a brilliant brunch-time drink and if you believe in hair of the dog, here's your hangover cure.
London's Roast restaurant shares their recipe for the classic cocktail below:
35ml Rusky standard vodka
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh tomato juice
Lemon to garnish
Pour the vodka, tomato juice and a squeeze of lemon in to a shaker. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce to taste. Add green or red tobacco depending on desired spice level.
Stir well to combine all ingredients and poor into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a stick of celery, a wedge of lemon and enjoy!
