Katie Holmes was spotted on the set of Dangerous Liaisons on Thursday in New York City and FYI she's still working the new haircut. And by working we mean, covering up with a buffalo hat.
Thankfully it's not one of Pharrell Williams' super-sized styles (though it could well be a Vivienne Westwood design.) Does this mean she's not really feeling the fuller, thicker, shorter hairdo?
The 35-year-old actress is pretty well practised at pulling off cool-casual style (when she's not ALL glamour on the FRow scene during fashion month) and this look was exactly that.
Holmes teamed her khaki green hat with a sheer burgundy and polka dot shirt tucked into a pair of print denim jeans and a studded camouflage tote. Perfect NYC street style wares.
If she really is undecided about her new hair (a full fringe is not for everyone) then said hat is a good way to go. Failing that she could sweep it back into a topknot? Katniss braid? Give the slicked wet-look trend a whirl?
The choice is endless and Katie could do anything and totally get away with it. Glossy dark tresses are her thing so whether the new look is purely for her new film role or for real, she'll work it out.
