Kelly Rowland was hoping to keep her news a little hush hush! But she ended up accidentally revealing the sex of her unborn baby during an interview.
According to the Mail Online, the Destiny's Child singer is expecting her first child with husband Tim Witherspoon and let it slip that she was having a baby boy during an interview with Fox411.
In the interview, Kelly said: "We're very excited. So far, everything has been good. I just feel like the baby is already (spoilt) rotten - like literally, my Caress (beauty brand) family has gotten him all of his little bathing stuff, his toys. It's just so cool."
She was then forced to confirm and said "It's a boy. It's a boy". During all the excitement she realised she hadn't told her husband she had spilled the beans and asked her spokesperson to contact Witherspoon and let him know.
When asked if Beyonce had given her any advice on being a mum, Kelly said: "All my girls have given me advice. I have a wonderful crew of girlfriends. As women, we're powerful, and women have been so supportive.
"They always have such nice things to say, whether it's 'Oh my gosh, you look so nice', or giving me different advice, and that feels good."
Kelly married her man during an intimate wedding ceremony in Costa Rica in May with guests including Beyonce and Solange Knowles and fellow Destiny's Child bandmate Michelle Williams.
We can't help but imagine Kelly's little boy and Beyoncé's tot Blue Ivy hanging out together.
