There was a time when an elastic waistband would have sent any self-respecting fashionista running for the hills. Not to mention the fact that everybody sniggered behind their hands when Kanye kind of kicked off the leather jogger trend.
But now we all have to eat fashion humble pie because Lily Allen was looking pretty incredible in said leather joggers, as she showed off her new taut tummy by pairing them with a soft pink crop top jumper.
The singer was spotted leaving The Mercer Hotel in Soho, New York, on Friday morning wearing the sports luxe ensemble, which she finished with pink Christian Louboutin heels, Ray Ban sunnies, a long gold chain necklace, and a cobalt-blue Chanel bag.
But there was one thing she apparently forgot to add - a bra.
Lily jetted off Stateside earlier this week to support her little brother Alfie Allen at the Game Of Thrones season four premiere. Alfie plays Theon Greyjoy in the fantasy series, which hits UK screens on 7 April.
And Lily has been using the New York sidewalk as her own personal runway.
She looked absolutely stunning at the Game of Thrones premiere last Tuesday, donning a head-turning bright red jumpsuit for the occasion.
She even posed for pics with the show's stars, sharing the snaps on Instagram. She wrote: "#lannisister #GOTseason4 so amazing !!!! #NYC @peterdinklage."
