Lindsay Lohan Looks Better Than Ever For The David Letterman Show

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan looked totally gorgeous for her appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman on Monday.

As she arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York, the 27-year-old was glowing in a hippy-inspired jumpsuit, teamed with a floppy fedora, chunky knit cardigan, white heels and aviator shades.

She was later spotted leaving the television studios in a sequin piano dress by Ashish teamed with knee high socks Louboutin boots and a simple stark white jacket. Her getup may have changed but the star still looking cheery as she posed for the camera.

We guess that means her latest appearance on the show was nothing quite like the last time, which saw her break down in tears.

In April 2013 - just before entering rehab for - Li-Lo became tearful during her appearance on the hit show when host Letterman complimented the star on her ability to take all her troubles on the chin.

"You have enough spine, enough sense of yourself, enough poise to come out here and talk to me," he said.

After that Lindsay couldn't contain her emotion and tears welled up in her eyes. "Oh thanks, that makes it obvious and all," Lindsay said as Letterman handed her a box of tissues.

Since leaving rehab, Linds has landed her own reality telly show and recently admitted on screen that she'd relapsed.

Shortly after being discharged the actress had a drink. "Being in recovery and leaving a place where you're in this little bubble and everything is safe around you, it's really hard," she said on her show.

"I jumped right into a relationship where we weren't on the same page. I wasn't considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink and I had a glass of wine."

Coming to terms with her relapse wasn't easy, she added. "I just had so much guilt. It took me a bit to, like, finally just be, like: 'Why am I holding this in? Yeah. F*ck it. I screwed up.'

"I screwed up, and that's OK, but now what can I do so that it doesn't happen again?"
