My Work Style: Innocenza

My Work Style: Innocenza

If you're looking for sharp work style inspiration, you're going to love the team at London fashion agency Innocenza.

The showroom is the perfect destination for the designer collections Innocenza represents - think innovative, international and luxe. Gestuz, Ilse Jacobsen and Stella Nova are just a few brands to note, all of which tick boxes when it comes to contemporary, completely wearable fashion.

Founder Sofia Strazzanti has an effortless, edgy work style and wears lightweight monochrome top and black laser-cut skirt from Gestuz.

Teamed with tan ankle boots from Surface to Air and a beautiful satchel-style bag by Comme des Garcons, Sofia's look is minimal-chic. That beautiful engagement ring bling you spy is Victorian and was custom designed at Liberty.

Where does she go for an all-fabulous purchase? "Definitely Start London - a boutique in Shoreditch - or I really love Flannels for a little online shopping."

As for styling and defining her short-sleek 'do? "I use Tony & Guy's hairspray and Fish serum."

Wholesale manager, Charlotte Melissa Woods, wears the "Boudoir" theme matching duo by Stella Nova and leather tassel ankle boots by Sam Edelman.

"When it comes to work style I like to feel at ease, but equally confident - which is why something like this matchy two-piece is perfect."

Charlotte says her style is often, "Loud, experimental and striking - because that's what catches my eye when I walk down the street."

Beauty wise, Charlotte's must-have is a killer lipstick - she wears Dior's number 013.

Retail manager Claudine Lodge styles out a beautiful lambs leather jacket and black jumper by Norr, a print skirt from St Martins, statement necklace from Zara and boots by Dune.

When it comes to staple work wardrobe items, Claudine says: "Comfort is everything, especially when you're constantly on the move. Basic t-shirts and jumpers are key.

"I love tailoring so a smart jacket is a must - I love this Norr one and it goes with everything. Also, a good pair of skinny jeans are essential."

Anna Messina, showroom assistant, makes an all-black outfit look super chic. Her matching top and skirt are both by Scandinavian designer label Suit, black embellished biker boots by Ash, statement necklace from Zara and the fabulous handbag is by Miu Miu.

Where does Anna get style inspiration? "Working at a fashion agency means I'm constantly inspired by all of the latest designer collections we showcase, but I also love looking through street style photos for fresh ideas."

"My style is relaxed, sporty and feminine. Though, my real loves when it comes to fashion are handbags and outerwear - it's the first thing I notice on other girls."

Trends Anna dislikes? "I'm really not so keen on the pastel trend. I just think it's hard to wear without feeling/looking too childish."
