Call it the Kim Kardashian effect, but there's just no stopping celebrities wearing the flimsiest of dresses on the red carpet at the moment. What does flimsy mean? Flimsy means revealing. And what does revealing lead to? Side-boob.
Out of all the A-list stars, the last person we thought we'd see taking this sort of a style risk was Nicole Kidman. Turns out - Kidman's a fan of the look too.
However - when Nicole does revealing, she does it in style. The actress wore a black gown with orange sequin detailing as she arrived at the Huading Awards in China on Monday with Jackie Chan.
Although this design didn't exactly look secure (never mind the halter-neck, how did she NOT trip up in this floor-length dress?), Nicole managed to stay covered up - apart from that awkward moment when she turned to the side to put her arm around Chan...
Luckily, Nicole's tomato red lipstick also doubled up as a good distraction from the chest area. Clever.
