Nic chose a coffee-coloured silk bias cut dress for the occasion, which helped raised funds for women and children's charities worldwide.
She kept the look sleek with long, shiny locks, and added smouldering gold eye makeup.
A small(ish) split at the side of the dress gave a nod to Nic's sexy side, but this gown was pure class.
Charities supported at the gala included the Eva Longoria Foundation, which the actress, who was one of the organisers of the event, set up in 2012 to support Latin women through education.
Eva may have organised it, but Nicole stole the style show.
