No Wonder Beyonce Wanted To Strip Off In Her New Videos

Beyonce closed 2013 with a bang. She released her first visual album, which featured a video for each and every one of the 14 tracks.

Of course Bey took on this mammoth music task because she's a total legend, or as she put it, because she was "bored" of releasing music the traditional way. But now she's revealed she may of had a second motivation for creating so many music videos: to show off her awesome post-baby body.

After giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy two years ago, the XO singer has shed a staggering 65 pounds. So - is it hardly surprising that she wanted to flaunt her post-baby body?

In the fourth YouTube mini-documentary (entitled Liberation) since her iTunes release, Beyonce explains: "I was 195 pounds when I gave birth. I lost 65 pounds. I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body. I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back."

She continues: "You can have your child and you can still have fun and still be sexy and still have dreams and still live for yourself. I don't have any shame about being sexual. I'm not embarrassed about it, and I don't feel like I have to protect that side of me because I do believe that sexuality is a power we all have."

While Mrs Carter shows off her bootylicious bod in most the vids, it's her track Partition which is most revealing. And she explains that it was inspired by a trip to strip club, Crazy Horse, with her hubby Jay-Z.

"The day that I got engaged was my husband's birthday, and I took him to Crazy Horse and I remember thinking "Damn, these girls are fly,"

"I just thought it was the ultimate sexy show. I was like, "I wish I was up there, I wish I could perform that for my man." So that's what I did for the video."
