Clare Waight Keller's Autumn/Winter 2014 collection for Chloe had a romantic feel about it. The silks and chiffons, the dainty prints and floaty neutral palette made for dreamy viewing during Paris Fashion Week. But the Chloe woman is no soft touch, she's totally together. Hands in pockets, or clutching at a boxy zippy handbag.
This catwalk was seriously luxe, and when models weren't in fresh whites or feathery two-piece ensembles they were walking tall in black and gold, open flowing coats, slouchy knits and fabulous furs.
The fur outerwear was just divine (read: the above coat is ALL we can think about). Collarless, animal print and with a flash of colour - this is how Chloe girls add an elegant edge to their taupe, floaty chiffons.
Pink, lavender and purple all popped up across oversized cocoon coats, print dresses and blouses all of which were worn with suede ankle boots of neutral thigh highs. Hair was down with a barely there tousle and swept nonchalantly to the side.
