They say distance makes the heart grow fonder! And that's just what Pippa Middleton will be wanting to hear right about now.
Pippa's relationship with Nico Jackson is about to go long distance.
Stockbroker Nico has quit his job in the city to work for a hedge fund in Switzerland according to the Evening Standard. The 33-year-old is leaving Deutsche Bank to join Jabre Capital.
The pair have been dating for almost two years and while the rumours of them getting engaged continue to grow, Nico is now Geneva bound and keen to take on a new career challenge. Well at least the Duchess of Cambridge's sister will get to spend a bit more time on the continent when she visits her beau.
A source told the London-based paper: "They are very much an item, their relationship is very strong and they are happy together."
The couple were recently spotted together enjoying a game of tennis at Wimbledon (they weren't the only celebs to make an appearance on centre court, FYI).
Pippa, who shot into the limelight when she wore that dress at the Royal Wedding, recently melted our hearts when she spoke about her relationship with little Prince George. In an interview with America's morning show, Today, she said: "He's a very dear boy... he's brought a lot of pleasure and fun for all of us, the whole family.
"I love children and babies, so I would happily have one."
Maybe Nico's move abroad will mean Pippa has more time to play with her nephew?! Cute.
