Rita Ora has only gone and cut off all her hair. The 23-year-old singer had been sporting longer tresses as of late, but this weekend she swapped her look for a sharp and edgy pixie crop.

Rita showed off her new barnet on Instagram, of course, before taking to the Milan Fashion Week runway and performing at the Philipp Plein Autumn/Winter 2014 show... A performance which saw her strip down to her underwear.
The star, and girlfriend of DJ Calvin Harris, came over all country and western as she worked the stage in low hung denims, black bra and boots.
