The singer wore this white ensemble as she arrived at BBC Radio 1's Teen Awards at Wembley Arena today.
Miss Ora combined the sleeved dress with a pair of white heels. For the beauty, Rita kept it simple with a light pink pink.
Fearne Cotton opted for a much more casual outfit. The radio presenter wore a green t-shirt with a tiger print on the front and combined it with a fluorescent green mini skirt. A pair of thick black tights (well it isn't summer anymore, girls) and black ankle boots completed the look.
Pixie Lott, Taylor Swift and Jameela Jamil were also strutting their stuff on the red carpet.
