It was only a week ago that the couple were rumoured to have split after three years of dating, but now the Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels actor is planning on proposing, APPARENTLY!
"There is no other person involved. They love each other very much and are not making an announcement because they're still hoping to working things out," a source told the Mail Online.
