Blonde beauty Scarlett and total babe Matthew were dolled up to the nines for the glossy ad for The One and The One For Men.
Proving she certainly deserves her title as Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive, Scarlett was totally ravishing in a simple lace gown, teamed with a Hollywood updo.
Oh, and Matthew didn't look too shabby either. *Swoon*.
In other Johansson news the actress recently announced her engagement to French journalist Romain Dauriac and revealed jealousy does sometimes come into play in her love life.
"I'm with a Frenchman. I think jealousy comes with the territory," she told Esquire, which hits newsstands on October 15.
"But I'd rather be with someone who's a little jealous than someone who's never jealous. There's something a little dead fish about them. A little bit depressing."
