Fearne Cotton might have spent the evening at the National Television Awards with her Celebrity Juice co-star Keith Lemon, but she rejected staying out on the tiles for a night in with baby Rex, sharing a cosy snap of the two with her social media fans.
She might have chosen a night in over partying 'til dawn, but Fearne was clearly feeling the strain - at 6.30 am, when most of her celebrity pals were likely still in bed nursing hangovers after the boozy awards show, she tweeted:
She was looking fresh-faced in her photo with Rex, however, which she posted to Instagram and later shared with nearly 5 million Twitter followers.
The pic shows Fearne cuddling up with the 11 month-old, her first child with her guitarist fiancé Jesse Wood, son of Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood.
It was a far cry from her glamorous appearance on the red carpet just a few hours earlier, where she stood out in an elegant white and silver gown, set off with bright red lipstick.
The Radio 1 DJ posed with her hand on her hip, showing off her engagement ring a month after she announced that she and Wood were officially engaged. The date has not been made public, but this cute snap suggests that they are already a happy family.
