Waiting for your suncream to dry before you go anywhere near the beach is one of the biggest woes of a holiday. However, that could be all about to change as Osmosis Skincare claims to have developed the world's first drinkable sunscreen. Hurrah!

According to Osmosis, its product, 'Harmonised H20 UV Protection', should be consumed every three hours and will protect the wearer with the equivalent of factor 30 protection.
