Toddler Gets Stuck In A Lavatory (Seat)

Fire-crews raced to a hospital in Cornwall on Sunday - to free a toddler with his head stuck in a toilet seat.

The firemen were called to the hospital in St Austell in response to a call to free the young child from the seat.

Staff at Penrice Hospital dialled 999 at 6.44pm when the child become stuck in circumstances that have not been revealed.

The local news website reports that the crew used tools to free the child, but did not comment on how he or she had ended up with the piece of bathroom equipment stuck on their head in the first place.

Tim Robinson from St Austell fire station confirmed his watch had attended the call and used a hacksaw to remove 'the offending article'.
