Jessica Alba doesn't do light breakfasts. Her favourite way to start the day? With a batch of freshly-made egg tacos.
Yes, you heard that right. Alba shared a few of her favourite recipes in a recent interview with Refinery 29.
"I like egg tacos with corn tortillas, salsa on hot sauce," she revealed. "Maybe some soy chorizo in there. We have them almost everyday."But before you chuck away your muesli, the actress also said she enjoys yoghurt, granola or fruit. (We knew that figure couldn't be maintained on tacos alone.)
1. "Farm-to-table; support your local farms as much as possible and eat as seasonally as you can."
2. "If you have the choice, get the certain thing that you wouldn't normally get, or that you don't cook that much. Try it. Who knows? You may like artichoke! Just be open."
3. "Eat the organic choices at restaurants if they're available...try to go as local as possible".
And who would Jessica invite to her organic dinner party? The star revealed she'd love to cook "a good rib dish, hot wings, and then I would have some nice veggies and vegan alternatives," for her ideal guests which include Bill Clinton, Michelle Obama, Oprah, Diane Sawyer and Bono.
