Whatever Happened To... Christina Milian

Christina Milian - or should we say Christine Flores? - rose to fame in 2001 when she released that well known club banger 'AM To PM' and went on to star in a bunch of questionable films like Love Don't Cost A Thing, Bring It On: Fight To The Finish and Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past.

But since the Noughties ended, she's totally slipped off our radar. So, what the heck has she been doing to keep herself busy?

1. She eloped. In September 2009 Christina - like Britney Spears before her - got hitched in Vegas at the Little White Chapel. She tied the knot with record producer and singer-songwriter The-Dream just one month after he got down on one knee. According to the marriage license, they said "I Do" at exactly 12am. She wore a rented dress for $200, including shoes and veil. Unfortunately, the marriage didn't last and just five months later The-Dream filed for divorce amid rumours he was cheating on Christina with his assistant.

2. She became a mum. Before Christina and The-Dream walked down the aisle, the couple announced they were expecting a baby. Christina gave birth to their daughter Violet Madison in February 2010, just nine days after her husband filed for divorce.Little Violet has just turned four and clearly The Little Mermaid is her favourite movie...

3. She did reality telly, of course. It seems that all of our 'Whatever Happened To...' stars have done the ol' reality television thing and in 2013 she appeared on the Dancing With The Stars AKA the US version of Strictly Come Dancing alongside fellow celebs Jack Osbourne, Snooki and former Saved By The Bell actress Elizabeth Berkley. She was booted off the show in week five, despite achieving the highest score of the evening.

4. She tried and, um, failed to be a manager. In 2010 Christina announced she'd signed Australian music duo, Kasey Osborne and Kelsey-Maree Eckstein, saying: "The girls have everything it takes to be the biggest international pop duo out there.

"The world is definitely ready for these beautiful girls to hit the stage and kill it on screen." However, the pair started work on solo project and that promised collab with Milian never happened. #Awks. Hmmm, well there's nothing wrong with living in total denial that any time has passed since Christina's hey day...
