On a cold January day, there's nothing worse than being underdressed and subsequently feeling freezing. So - a pair of fluffy earmuffs could come in handy, couldn't they?

Fendi's monster design will definitely keep cold ears warm - and they even tick the statement box. But would you pay just over £1,000 for a pair of these?

Style site notes that the playful accessory sold out on Net-a-Porter in the US over Christmas. Yep, SOLD OUT.

Since when have earmuffs been in such high demand? And who is willing to part with that much cash? Yes, they're Fendi and yes, they're made from fox, mink and leather, but still. Extravagant or what?

P.S - they're still available on Net-a-Porter in the UK if you're interested.

Otherwise, here's how to update your January work wardrobe with some not so furry items...
