Petra Ecclestone, the 25-year-old daughter of the Formula 1 president Bernie Ecclestone, has put her Hollywood mansion known as 'The Manor' up for sale for the staggering sum of £88 million.

The Mail Online reports Petra has placed her 56,000 sq ft "palace" on the market after buying it in 2011 for the slightly cheaper price of £50 million.

As the estate agent's description of the property states the home is "a masterful opulence once only reserved for nobility." But what exactly does one get from a home on sale for £88 million?

After a reported £15 million overhaul overseen by Petra when she first moved in, the new owners can expect only the very best in this 123-room house.

Located in the Westside area of Holmby Hills in Los Angeles, 'The Manor' has 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms. Selling points are said to include a his and hers walk-in wardrobe, a bowling alley, gift-wrapping rooms and the highlight for any beauty junkie - a hair salon complete with a manicure and pedicure station.

Then there's the nightclub, the outdoor pool, the tennis court and five acres of land.

The mansion was built in 1991 and is larger than the White House. Before Petra, it was owned by film producer Aaron Spelling and his wife Candy.

TMZ reports Petra won't sell until she gets an offer that's at least £60 million. This will match the price reached by Fleur de Lys - the most expensive house ever sold in LA.
