Cheryl Cole is the latest celebrity to take on the ALS ice bucket challenge and it was her new husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini who soaked her for the cause.
Thousands of people are doing their bit to raise money for the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Association to combat Lou Gehrig's disease by uploading videos of themselves being drenched.
Loads of celebs have jumped on the bandwagon too - David Beckham, Britney Spears, Rita Ora and Lady Gaga - making it the latest social media craze.
Cheryl completed the challenge after being nominated by Simon Cowell, but not before she shared her own nominations.
The 31-year-old Geordie popstar revealed that she wanted to see her BFF Nicola Roberts, Liam Payne and Piers Morgan do it too.
Watch her in action via the video she uploaded to her Instagram account today.
Chezza opted for a white t-shirt and denim shorts combo and played it pretty cool (minimal flinching, maximum scream). The wavy beach-ready tresses? Completely ruined, but worth it for the fabulous cause.
After hollering "Do it!" in came Jean-Bernard with a huge bucket of freezing cold water and poured it straight over her head.
"I hope you're happy" Cheryl said afterwards, which we're guessing was aimed at her X Factor boss Mr Cowell (who by the way literally giggled his way through his own ice bucket challenge).
