Arianna Huffington Takes On The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

From Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber to Susanna Reid and David Beckham, the celebs have come out in full force to show their support for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

But, here at HuffPost UK Lifestyle, we love this particular charity video a little more than the rest.

Our boss, HuffPost founder Arianna Huffington, took on the worthy challenge whilst "meditating" in a "fully present" state.

There are few things more satisfying than seeing your boss having a laugh at their own expense, but what makes this video even better is knowing it will help raise money and awareness for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
